IRBS - Robotic Tubes Packing Cell


IRB Solutions implements a Robotic tubes Packing cell unprecedented in the country. It has a ABB Robot, the IRB 660 and a Gripper 100% developed by IRB Industrial robot solutions - IRBS, as well as a collision detection device which is located between the flange of the robot and the gripper, and this causes the cell comply with a level of security appropriate to the highest standards in the industry.

The cadence of cell reaches 120 tubes per hour and can handle tubes from 3000 to 3500 mm in length and between 35 and 114 mm in diameter.

IRBS - Robotic Material Handling Cell - Plastics

IRB Solutions develops again a successful Robotic Material Handling Cell.
It is composed of a Robot ABB, IRB 120 which communicates with the machine dedicated to the manufacture of plastic parts, and once the product is taken, the robot makes the corresponding left in the final packing box based on a program developed in order to complete it so as to optimize space in the box to fill these, with the 330 pieces required by the client.

Marker

IRBS develops a successful automatic ring marker, it works between 80 and 350 mm in diameter rings. It is equipped with a control and safety system SIEMENS, reading and marking of barcodes, QR or 2D. It also has manually via code entry.

Robotic Cell for CNC lathes attention

Impoving production at two of its CNC lathes, implementation was a turnkey solution, and in this case IRBS developed a double Gripper to win cycle time and a repositioning device for parts that requiere more than one operation. Also developed a set of four input trays of parts for a range of several hours.
